| Hello Arizona Legislative District #2 Constituents! As an Arizona Native, born and raised with principles of hard work and public service, I look forward to the opportunity to represent Legislative District 2 in the Arizona State Senate. Given the unfortunate situation Arizona finds itself with respect to immigration issues and outrageous budget deficits, there has never been a better time than now to send a true advocate for those less heard to the Arizona State Legislature. We, the people of Arizona Legislative District 2, live "Rural Arizona", which is to say we work hard daily to make an honest living despite challenges such as limited access to health care, little to no running water or electricity, and impassable roads due to inclement weather. All of this, while paying our taxes, sending our bravest to the U.S. Armed Forces, and upholding our democracy. Needless to say, we have earned the right to better educational opportunities for our children, unique considerations for economic recovery, and proper consultation before making critical decisions that impact our public safety, all of which we have yet to receive with current state leadership. As a United States Army Veteran, Arizona State University - College of Business alumnus, former community school educator, and experienced legislator, I believe I am prepared to publicly serve our diverse communities with character, initiative, and compassion. I respectfully seek your support and vote for Arizona State Senate - Legislative District 2. THANK YOU! |
